Hello hdhosseini, What you ask for is achieved by redundant digital output modules. Only S7-400H systems support redundant I/Os. For sure you can read more in chapter 10 in S7-400H manual. You will notice that some digital outputs do not support redundancy (Depends on which library you are using). If your module doesn't support redundancy at all (according to library), you can write your own code for this particular module. The idea is 1st to detect module failure and to make the OR function. I don't like to write more as long as you can read it in the manual. Just one more important thing, If your module doesn't have internal diodes then you must use external ones to protect output channels from reverse current (Check page 145 in the same manual).
