I want to use HSC pulse to remember where the product is running on the line. So can you help me more clearly on how to memorize HSC pulse data at the same time on a HSC counter? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

What is understood: The objects comes randomly to the sensor. Objects needs to be tracked between sensor and kick-off. Many objects can be between sensor and kick-off at any one time.
A single instructions will not do the job on its own. A user designed program is needed. Kal.A suggests a good solution. Core to a solution is the ability to keep a record of objects that is still travelling between sensor and kick-off. An array is needed. The array is managed by a FIFO (first in first out) concept. A program for this working is needed even before working with the encoder. Search for the "Library of General Functions". The encoder reading does not need to be zeroed. The encoder can run continuously. The encoder reading is prepared and placed into the array (also called a list).
