On the IOT2040 there is an additional LED (H6). With this one you can change the color of the USER LED to orange or red in addition to green. To do so extract the attached .zip folder and copy the extracted python script (setledcolor.py) to your IOT2040. I copied it to /etc. Then go to the directory where you stored the script. In my case:
set execution rights to the script
execute the script with a parameter for the color

My bad, opened up that Python file and immediately saw mraa, thought all that I/O was done through it. Good catch DevGuy. |
