Hello majoi what kind of Timers are you using (I have a bad feeling that you use S7 Timers instead of IEC Timers)? Please check and if you do indeed use S7 Timers please replace them with IEC Timers (i.e. SFB3, 4 or 5) and make sure that their IDB's (Instance Data Blocks)are in one contiguous range and declared as part of the IEC DB area that issychronised between the CPU's (seeFC100's "IEC_NO" and "IEC_LEN" parameters). Hello again majoi Idon't think there is much you can do to change this behaviour. SWR is the "poor cousin" of aH System and the Master/Standby CPU cycles are NOT closely synchronised (the manual describes SWR as a "Warm Standby" whereas a H System is"Hot Standby"). You can try to optimise (read reduce) the amount of data (DB's) that you exchange between the CPU's to speed up the refresh rate in the Standby CPU as well as trying to go for a faster link if that is applicable/possible in your applciation (e.g. use Ethernet link an for the redundancy data exchange instead of MPI). That's all I can think of and I hope it helps, but perhapsothers have more ideas. |
