I don't like the new support interface.

I'm sorry but the new interface of the support I do not like, font too small, very small and hard to find icons (TIA portal style that will make us all blind and headaches) if using large monitors (many times the site is on viewing a notebook up to 15 "). The worst thing is that it seems that the IDs of the FAQ has changed but I have to check on this.
Google does not find most anything on the Siemens website, but will probably have to index all new pages (I hope), in the meantime we poor customers and we find we adapt our strategies to work best.
Probably there are many useful features that I need to discover and appreciate.
A support site should not be beautiful but it must be useful and fast (consider how many hours we spend to solve the problems of your products).
In 2015 and SIEMENS I would have expected something more.
Hopefully it will be a first version subject to improvements.

 hahaha really true .. the complex they are, the worst they work..

In the old support site i've never used search field, just only if i already knew the 6ES7 code because i cannot neither find anything usefull. I've always used google with "site:siemens.com" added to my queries. We'll see in the future with this new site.

I think the future is a "full text search", not a "tree search" due to the need of answers in always shortest time and because you don't have to think in the same way of the guy that organized informations..

But we hope that you will like it when you are familiar with it.

To make the font size bigger have you tried to zoom? CTRL + "+"

I'm working on getting used to the new layout. I also got troubles when reading. Even when I use my glasses I feel the font is too small. I wonder why the most important text - the FAQ text or the posts - has got the smallest font. Also the grey letters on light grey background in the thread overview are hard to read.

CTRL + as alternative is an additional action and stays permanent even when I open other pages. And the other pages I use normally have got a font which is convinient ;-)
