If you have enabled the web server, they can login and change it from stop to run without requiring a visit or connecting via the portal software. If not, this is a good one for Support Requestso they can address it, likely with a future firmware update. |

We have the same one problem. Due to the high level of vibrations, we face loss of contact between extension modules and S7-1200 is entering into STOP mode. And it don't goes to RUN mode even after power of and on (as Osld13 wrote: The S7-1200 is already set in "warm restart - run"). In normal conditions, we have to use a computer to put the system into RUN mode again. However, the system is operating in hard conditions (cold, far from civilization, no electricity) and it is not possible to connect is to a computer. After rebooting how can we put the system in RUN mode without computer? We use CPU 1214C DC/DC/Rly Firmware version V3.0 TIA Portal V13 |
