IM 153-1 missing in upload backup

ANKURGAMIT Silver Member Joined: 10/2/2013 Last visit: 3/3/2021 Posts: 339 Rating: (51)	Hello Expert friends, I have upload program from S7 412-2DP CPU with use of simatic manager v5.5 sp 4 It's uploaded successfully but one remote io module missing in hardware configuration node no 10, I can't understand that reason, if you have any idea please explain Many thanks in advance.

Are you sure that this IM 153-1 module is connected to this S7 412 CPU & not to another master/CPU?

It's Available and working OK in feald. Hello, I can not understand that it may happen! The Node 10 should has a profibus address and should be defined in HW configuration. Its IO should have addresses and should be defined in HW configuration as well. So, How it will work without being configured in HW configuration?! Go to HW configuration and press View, then select Auto Arrange or press F4. It will re arrange the HW configuration view. Then try to search for node 10 once again.

Hello ankur, Please online the uploaded backup directly without addition of node 10 and see what happening. If there is no mismatch then downloaded program does not have added IM hardware configuration of 10 node. If mismatch then try in on another PC, Bcoz whatever happening with you that totally wrong.

So how did you know that there is something called "Node 10"? How many ET-200 Station do you have in your system? Did you found that there is a missed node with address 10? or do you have same number as in the picture but the actual profibus address read from dip switches of the IM is different than that in the HW config.?
