If I understand you correctly, you want to prevent the pressure from dropping below 3 bar. I have created a program proposal for you. To get a better control range, I set the analog amplifier for a higher resolution (with two decimal places). The setpoint for the controller can be entered on the display. The controller is set for upward regulation. This means that if the actual value is greater than the setpoint, the analog output outputs 0 volts.
