Indirect Addressing in S7-300

Saradhi Bronze Member Joined: 5/11/2011 Last visit: 9/11/2018 Posts: 303 Rating: (2)	Hi all, In my plc i'm having some values like MB0 --- 1 MB1 --- 2 MB2 --- 3 MB3 --- 4 MB4 --- 5 MB5 --- 6 MB6 --- 7 MB7 --- 8 MB8 --- 9 MB9 --- 10 i want to move the values to another register like mb100 as if counter value is 1 mb0 ---------- mb100 counter value is 2 mb1 ---------- mb100 counter value is 3 mb2 ---------- mb100 counter value is 4 mb3 ---------- mb100 counter value is 5 mb4 ---------- mb100 counter value is 6 mb5 ---------- mb100 counter value is 7 mb6 ---------- mb100 counter value is 8 mb7 ---------- mb100 counter value is 9 mb8 ---------- mb100 counter value is 10 mb9 ---------- mb100 by using indirect addressing. i can achieve this in s7-200 but i didn't find solution in s7-300. PLEASE help me regarding this.

IBN-Service Posts: 8946 Rating: (989)	Saradhi what is sld 3 You need SLD3 (Shift Doubleword Left 3 digits) because a Pointer tips to a BIT, not a Byte. So the BIT - Number must be masked by "0.0" That is done with SLD3.
