Industry online support problem

Hello,

I've updated data on my profile in SIOS changing email address, street name and zipcode, after that i've lost all my historical and open ticket requests and my products. Also I cannot find any contact where I can report this bug.

according our investigation you have more than one account within our system. Please login in standard way you logged in in the past. Your history etc should still exist.
