Yes ! Is possible to send json file to server.

First you need to get data from s7-1500 PLC using Snap7 lib.

Prepare a json file with a free c++ lib.

I don´t know it, for this I have more questions for understand it.

That means when I have all data (from more PLCs) collected in one S7-1500

1. can be used standard S7-1500 PLC or must be PLC with C++ extension (e.g. S7-1518 ODK or S7-1500 software PLC))?

2. All programming is made direct in S7-1500 (Snap7 lib and free c++ lib)? Where can be downloaded Snap7 and c++ lib, please?

With snap7 client (c#, c++ for IOT, python) it is possible to collect dates form s7-300 and s7-1500 (standard PLC).

The programs is made into IOT. If dont have is possible to use an windows application (c#,c++,vb) on server where you want to store the json files.

That means with S7-1500 PLC must be used e.g. IOT2040 (6ES7647-0AA00-1YA2), if I want to send JSON telegram to server?

Hi,

If all PLCs it is connect on Ethernet network is not need to use a additional S7-1500.

It's enough to use IOT with Snap7 lib to read all data from PLCs and additional task (in IoT) for write data to your server. If you want to read data from one PLC or more the c++ code solve this with minor effort.

But why not use a database to store your data as alternative for json file? For json file it is possible to need a ftp server and more operation like : prepare the file (multiple read/write operation on sd card ),connect to ftp and copy to server !!
