That means you did not wait for the system configuration active to disappear before you do other things. once your new IPC startup, boot into the windows screens, the first thing to do is, "Do not do anything" until the popped out dialog box triggered. Then follow strictly the popped out and do what the instruction tell you such as agreeing on the license agreement, changing the computer name, restart the system. eventually, the system will reset itself. for the boot up, are you using an external cd rom, or the integrated cd rom? maybe you can double-check the SCU, boot in the BIOS screen, press F2, check the Boot configuration, are you using dual boot mode? or UEFI boot only? Ensure the USB boot is there. If the IPC is new, should not have such issue. If the image got an issue or the booting got an issue, you can look for siemens support, and ask for a warranty unit already. Hope it helps. |
