Only CPU224XP has integrated analog inputs +-10V.

Is it possible to program this for S7-200 too, or would I need a S7-300+ ?

There is no special S7-300 functions, only arithmetics and shift functions, so there is absolutely no problems to prot code to S7-200 series CPU. You need just a little work and thats all.

This source is for S7-300/400 series, but you can convert this source by yourself to S7-200 if you know the language. This source does not use any special S7-300/400 functions so it may be freely converted to S7-200 (by hand of course).
