Hello, Have you seen this link: how do you program a timer that retains the time value at STOP and counts on starting at the stored value? Perhaps it might help. Best regards, Wizard |

Dear gogycro, You can do onething, Make your own timer using CPU clock memory bits. Just put Addtional block to add the clock pulses as per your requirement. And put addition value in one DB. Now as per your time value you can compare that addition value to Set bit as a done bit of timer. I hope this will help you a lot. Please find the attached sample program for the same. Here you can define this MW100 & MW102 as renetive or you can use DBW instead of that. Make one function as per this logic & call this function where you want to use On delay timer. This will save your time. AttachmentOB1.pdf (365 Downloads) |

Hello everyone, I was out of town, didn't write anything for PLC. But now I need to continue. Problem is that I don't know how to set DB and connect it with FC block. What am I doing wrong ? Here are PDF files of DB12 and FC12 in attachment. AttachmentDB12.pdf (284 Downloads) |

Thanks you Ste39, it is working like a charm :) But when I'm testing it, now I found a new problem. When pump is active, timer is running, when I press STOP, timer stop at some value, but in simulator I see that pump is still active. Is there any way to set, when PLC go to STOP, to stop all system or pump that previously worked ? |

Hi gogycro, You have a panel (HMI) to write the time or what have you? |

No, the object don't have HMI. I was thinking to connect on PLC with laptop and uploade a program with new times. Here is backup file, program is still under construction, but main things are in. AttachmentPUMP.zip (206 Downloads) |
