Issue with license key, because USB stick is not functional

can anybody tell me if siemens will provide a copy of my license key. my usb stick is not functioning anymore or my computer won't detect it and now i can't transfer my license key and activate my s7. thank you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
