LOGO!Soft Comfort V7 Crashes After any Communication Mac OSX 10.6.8

dreens2 Member Joined: 6/2/2014 Last visit: 6/2/2014 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi, I used to run Logo! Soft Cmfort version 6.1, but I started programming a different logo that wanted the newer software. I installed the soft comfort v7, and it can successfully download my programs, but crashes immediately after. Indeed, after any communication, such as telling the logo to start or stop, the program crashes immediately. The error is attached (as a .jpg just to trick the forum since .txt is not allowed. Just change it to .txt) if anyone can understand it. Some sort of java segfault related to a bus error. When I installed, it gave me some sort of conditional success and told me to check the install log. That's attached too. I couldn't understand what i was supposed to find there. It just says all the files that were transferred, and describes some of the linking to various java things. I tried installing new USB drivers, which worked, but I couldn't tell if the old ones were actually removed or not. Attachment Soft_Comfort_Error.jpg (73 Downloads)

I have attached here librxtxSerial.jnilib file compatible to mac os 10.6 1. Locate the file on your installation folder (as per your log file located: /Users/dreens/Applications/LOGOComfort_V7/bin/librxtxSerial.jnilib) 2. Extract the file attached here and replace.
