hi deep, Motor 100 RPM, pinion RPM is 1 which is equal to linear travel = 400 mm. It's correct Y.Dhinakaran. |

Hi Dhinakarn, Good Morning. No yet the problem isn't solved. As discussed in forum we tried by varing different parameters & by adjusting gains, but of no use. Little bit improvement is their but not to satishfaction level. Since machine is lathe machine & application is of finish turning Z axis must run smoothly i.e. without jerk/vibration. At present we have opened up slide & checking for any mechanical probelm. After completion & confirmation of mechanical functioning, we shall check up & let you know.
