Dear Support Team, We have a MindConnect IoT2040, we were able to onboarded it and received data for a day or two until last tuesday. Since we are only performing tests, we turn it off every night and switch it back up in the morning. After switching the system the next day, stopped receiving data (no new data on Fleet Manager). All leds on the IoT2040 show green, on IoT data Modeler the status is Onboarded, there is an additional icon called which shows "offline", this has been like this from the beginning, even when we did received data from the device. What are the troubleshooitng posibilities? how can we pull diagnostics logs from the IoT2040? We noticed that some logs were written on the USB stick after the onboarding, how can we get the current logs ? We are planning a demo tomorrow and it woudl be great to show the system sending real-time data. Regards, ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
