Hello fanana, the IPC of your customer tries to boot from a device, but is unable to read the startup sequence data from the operating system. This could be caused by several reasons. Maybe the BIOS buffer battery is out of energy and the IPC lost power and "forgot" the settings, which device is the right boot device. Maybe the hard-disc or ssd, where the IPC typically boots from, is damaged or some program deleted the boot-sector. I would try to enter the BIOS settings (press the F2-key during the start-up process) This will show you the BIOS setup screen. Then try to find out which is the right boot device and configure the ipc to boot from this device.
