Hello alama; For a 0-10V connection to a SM331-1KF02, look at the diagram on the screeshot attached below. The screenshot is taken form this very useful manual: S7-300 Module Data:(chapter 6, Analog Modules) https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/8859629 The 0-10 V connection is shown for channel 4, but it can be wired similarly on any channel (channel 0 to channel 7). Take care to set the correct type and range of signal in the hardware configuration (module properties) for every used channel in on this module. Unused channels should be setup according to the manual: Unused channels Set the "disabled" value at the "measurement type" parameter for unused channels. This setting reduces module cycle times. Interconnect the M- terminals of unused channels. As far as scaling the voltage signal from the sensor, use the FC105 "SCALE" instruction, found in the TI-S7 converting library instructions. How and for which analog measurements can you use the function FC105 "SCALE" to convert the integer values (INT) into real number values? https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/1765297 SCALE and UNSCALE - Can use FC105 (0-20mA) in your sample project for AI (0-10 V)? Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
