Dear Daniel E A value that can be removed by reset the PLC and repeated a second time .. Actually in the field it is not possible .. Reset can be done from Wincc.. Regards, |

I have try to reset in wincc but its wont change , the gradient is back to 0 but the pv doesnt |

Hello,
I will try to explain the behavior. At the next compiling the CFC, if you connect an input with the a channel blocks, PCS 7 will generated the module driver to the S7-300/400 SM modules (the green connections). The green connections get additional information from the SM modules (for example: the process signal is at the high limit) and send these information to the other blocks of your program. And at the good state of the SM modules you will get 16#8000XXXX at the input "Mode" of the channel block. If you use the PLCSIM to test an I/O signal you have to remove the green connections and set the the input "Mode" of the to 16#8000XXXX. But why? And if you set the input "SimOn" on "1", you activate the simulation of the channel block. Simulation means the manipulation of a signal regardless of the actual source of the signal or logic that generates this signal. When SimOn = 1 the ouput "PV_Out" becomes the input "SimPV_On".
