Hi all, I have a MP377 19" TOUCH panel connected via MPI to a S7-400H system. The programming has been done in WinCC flex 2007 and downloaded to the panel, but now I've updated the software on my computer to 2008 and done some changes in the project. When I opened the project in 2008, it was converted. So now, when I try to download the project to the panel I need to perform a OS update. And that's where the problem is. I've tried to update via MPI, and directly to the panel with a crossover ethernet cable (using this procedure: MP377 OS update with ethernet) without success. Anyone experienced the same problem? And anyone have a solution? I also have MP277 10" TOUCH panels on site (connected to S7-315F-2DP CPU) which I also needed to perform OS update due to the new WinCC 2008 software. But that was no problem, via MPI. See attachment for error message during transfer to the MP377 panel. Thanks, Ole-Jacob Sørensen EAS-Automation |

Hello, Please check with this compatibility list http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/31592453. Please ensure that you meat all Flexible / Simatic.NET comaptibility requirements. Have you tried to reinstall Simatic.Net ? Is WhiteByte's suggestion helpful ? |
