Hello, Not that i know, most of the programs do not need MS office to get installed. What often is needed is Internet Explorer. For most simatic software there is a FAQ, like this one: What are the requirements for installing STEP 7 version V5.5? Look at the packedges you need to see what are the requirements. Hi Abdalkader. This is an old post being re-cycled. I will however contribute something to this. There is no MS Office on my system.. we have LibreOffice installed. I have TIA Basic V11 SP2 permanently installed. TIA Professional V13 trialed without any issues. Data that needs importin/exporting do use the Excel (XLX) file. The office package we use handle these. Greetings. w |

i know that is an old post for sure i don't see any thing wrong with that anyway thanks for your guidance my post was not completely explained and i modified it here attached a print screen for wincc Excel workbook requirements |

Its not must. it depends upon the selection of tools and components you are installing along with.. |
