My specific issues with rating, download, adding attachments and other features in this Forum

Dear Min_Moderator,

I cant able to Rate this post .? Why.???

And one more issue is there in this forum. I cant able to search the Topics by User in this user name list.

Here with i have attached the image of selection user ( Searching My Post) List in that , but i cant able to select this . So kindly resolve the problem .

Screenshots and / or other details would be very helpful cause I couldn't find any hint about that issue within the system at the moment.
