mySupport Cockpit displayed 18 requests, but aren't visible

In my mySupport Cockpit 18 will be displayed under my requests.

If I then click on my requests are not displayed ???!?

 Hello Same happening with me as well.

I can not see my request

Do you use the "recognition" option, when you logging in? 
If so, please log in again to see your requests. The Support Requests doesn't support the "recognition" option yet.
