Hello, Detail more information about the problem would help forum member to analyse the problem & help you in better way. Here e.g. is this new machine under commissioning or new running machine? How & when this problem occured? i.e. when switching ON the power after weekly off day or while machine was running? Does operator or any body tried to communicate with NCU? etc. etc. A snap shot of NCU status & OP screen will help much better. Do you have bootable USB drive? You may boot from it to analyse the problem in detail. BTW please find attached file, refer it & compare the various status of LED & 7 segmenet display of your machine.
