Need a program that turn on a motor

I'm new in the world of siemens logo (24CEo).can somebody help me with the up/down counter?

I think, you must explain with more details.

You have 3 pushbuttons and 2 limit switches, but only 4 Logo inputs ?

The buttons and switches are normally open or close signals ?

You have a Logo output Q12, not beginning with Q1 ?

You want to switch motor direction with only one output ?

Use input/output names or comments in the program, otherwise it is not possible to understand what you want to program. For a 3~motor you need at least 2 outputs to select direction.

i have expended with DM1624, so the input/output number is not a problem. The buttons are normally open. I don`t know how to start, because of that i`m asking for help. Output 12 is because it`s on the end of the hardwere(easiest way for the wiring).

See attachment for an easy example to control a motor with 2 directions depend on 2 limit switches. If this is not what you want, then describe with more details. You can change inputs and outputs as you need.

The inverter enable signal is often used by inverters to stop motor independent of the state of left or right signal input. You have suggested an inverter, then i have made an example for it. The enable signal is not required mandatory by all inverters, i only use left and right with SEW inverters

The reset input is looped to an output for general purpose, because you have not described any function in detail. That is the main problem for people who wants help. What want you do with the reset exactly ?

Emergency stop functions are not done in a Logo, you have to create a safety circuit outside of the Logo control. Use emergency stop status in a Logo only for information and additional processing.

So far i think, you want following program:

1. Start = Starting motor in left (upper) direction, until left (upper) switch is reached. Then reversing in right (lower) direction, until right (lower) switch is reached. This will be repeated automatically, until the stop button is pressed. That is present in the program. Okay so far ?

2. Stop = Stopping motor immediately in the actual position. That is also present in the program. Okay so far ?

3. Reset = Motor to be stopped after reaching the start position, only if start process is running ?

4. Reset = Motor has to turn in the correct direction, until the start position is reached, if start process is not running ?

Where is the start position, one of the limit switches ? There are a lot of ways to program a Logo, but you must describe exactly what you want. I don't have a crystal ball.

Yes. the start position is one of the limit switches. The program should stop after each limit switches click (reach) 3 times. That should be with a up/down counter? is this correct?
