There is also maybe strange problem: Simatic NET installed, Step 7 installed, but in windows Services tab "Siemens SIMATIC IEtoPG Help Service" dissapeared. And all files are located correctly. So, look in the attach. I put Windows XP registry file to restore missing service entry. After restoring reg file and rebooting PC - service appeared and started normally.
