Hello BeVee and daga, Have you defined conferences as your favorite one at the former pages? And maybe one or more conferences with notification? Please check the page Filter -> Forum at mySupport. If notification is enabled you could deactivate it there. To check the conferences were notifications are enabled please have a look at this page: Manage conference filter. Same problem here since yesterday, I didn't change any of mySupport settings, didn't have notifications active but mailbox spammed. Check attachment, looks like "notif. active" but can't change. Hi CS Moderator I disabled the notifications as you instructed, I will check if spamming stops now... but I'm sure that I did not have any notifications enabled before the migration. I have to agree with IBN that the whole new Industry Support pages are complete chaotic. |

the notification you posted is for a new thread within the conference STEP 7 (TIA Portal).

Hello BeVee, thank you for the example. The screenshot you send is the notification that within the conference STEP 7 (TIA Portal) the new thread how to add a s7-1500 was started. This is a thread which is started after the migration was done and the conference is correct. Think, ... of Thurstay evening the conference STEP 7 (TIA Portal) was listed on your Conference Filter? Our IT-Deparment is working on a solution that soon the delay between starting a thread /editing notification settings and the shipment will less. Best regards |

There's only one good solution: IT-Department should stop the notification service NOW and clear the queue that still has to be send. I still get notification mails, it seems that whenever I post a topic or reply in another conference, notifications from that conference is added somewhere. As said before I didn't enable notifications myself, not before, not after the migration.
IT MUST STOP NOW !!! |

100% agree! Why there is no reaction from Siemens but some meaningless "answers"? My Mailbox was flooded with "notifications" again! |

maybe we should all change our email to support.automation@siemens.com in our mySupport profile or make a rule in our own mailbox to forward every notification mail to support.automation@siemens.com maybe the only way to get some decent action |

https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/ww/de/posts/121732/ I send 40 examples (more or less) to Administration and the answer was that it help to find the Problem. They do some changes for all users and will give a feedback... |
