OB1 TEMP Interface

HI All,

Can someone please point me to a document or a book that would teach me what the Temp interface is and what they're used for please.

TEMP as the name suggests is temporary is like the one in FBs and FCs  which I know how to use them but the interface in OB1 looks different.

OB TEMP variables which are provided by the system are the ONLY ones which you read before

writting to them (you actually do NOT write to them because they are written to by system which

calls the OB).

Look at variables comments or F1 online help for each OB where its interface is described in detail.

for example OB1 variables give you

- last scan time in ms

- if it is first scan or not

and a few other parameters.

Usage of these is optional and rare. in other OBs (error OBs) you use parameters to
find out where error in question occured (for example which module has failed)
