Hello, You can check your backup restore with another PROSAVE version. ServiceTool ProSave V1.1 If the restore does not work, then you can start a Support Request. Tweety |

Hello, The difference between two panels are as follows:
So the two panels are not identical. To restore image, you should have the same part number of the original one. If you have the configration file, you can make conversion to the new panel and download project on it. Hope this helps.

When the E-Stand is the same, can i use the Prosave file even if the two panels are different? I mean, the first panel is a monochrome panel and the second panel is a color panel, but the two panels are OP27.
