Hello, Doesn't have how to communicate Protool with OP7 and upload the project???? Then upgrade to WinCC Flexible???? Regards, Georgii |

To make backup of OP7 you need Prosave software and Seriell RS232 (6XV1440-2K..) cable. Look at How can you make a project backup from an operator panel? . To be honest there has one tool - decoder, which will aloow you to understand more details from this psr file. And then to use this info to build new project. Try to find it in Google. No, you don't need a Protool softwere. In your case it isn't useful. Look at How do you back transfer the projects of an operator panel and what should you watch out for? With Protool you can only build new project for OP7 and transfer it to the panel using RS232" cable. Only with Prosave you can take existing project from OP7 (not editable). You need to build new project using information from OP7. Attach here prosave backup and I'll give you details about connection and tags... This is the best what you can take from existing situation.
