Hello, We are currently importing all our Tia portal deviceItems from .tia file (selection tool saved configuration) coming from the selectiontool. With openness we can currently import everything we need with this. The current issue we have is that we would like to import a Signalboard/Communicationboard on the CPU. We checked if it was possible to import a signalboard/communicationboard via an .aml file (Tia portal -> Window -> import CAx data), and it was possible. As we understand the current .tia file refers to the place in the rack/device as the 'Name' in the 'edges' list (open .tia file as .xml). This is where the issue probably lies, since a signalboard or a communicationboard has the Name 'SB', which is unpluggable since the method .CanPlugNew asks for an integer as a slotposition. Is there anything wrong with the way we are approaching the plugnew for Signalboards/Communicationboards? We tried putting it on every slot possible on the CPU which didn't work. We try to plug as follows:
In the attachment you can find the .aml file which shows you can import the communicationboard via CAx import, and the .tia/xml file coming from the selectiontool which we use for the import. Any help would be appreciated Greetings, Michiel AttachmentTestCommunicationModule.zip (25 Downloads) |
