Hello, yes, it is possible to connect some infeeds in parallel: • For each Line Module (both BLM and SLM) a current derating of 7.5 % in relation to the rated current must be taken into account. • The following combinations of BLM and SLM are possible: - With two Line Modules : 1 x BLM + 1 x SLM. - With three Line Modules : 1 x BLM + 2 x SLM or 2 x BLM + 1 x SLM. - With four Line Modules : 1 x BLM + 3 x SLM or 2 x BLM + 2 x SLM or 3 x BLM + 1 x SLM. • The total outputs of all BLMs and all SLMs must not differ by more than a factor of 3: 1/3 ≤ ΣPBLM / ΣPSLM ≤ 3 ALMs: • Each Active Infeed must have its own Control Unit. • The Control Unit of each Active Infeed must control only the assigned Active Infeed but not any additional Motor Modules. • Due to the need for redundancy, the Motor Modules operating on the common DC link must be operated on a separate Control Unit or multiple separate Control Units in complete independence of the Infeed Modules. The master Infeed is operating in voltage control mode and regulates the DC link voltage VDC of the DC link, while the slave Infeed(s) is/are operating in current control mode, whereby one master Infeed is required and not more than 3 slave Infeeds are permissible.
