Pg/PC interface communication doesn't work!

Hello.

I have a problem with Pg/ Pc interface.
I installed 'Starter last version' and now when i open the interface communication PG/PC I don't have anything. The screen box is empty.

you can see with the attachment file!

I reinstalled Simatic V5.5 and installed again but the problem is still!

But i didn't have solved my problem.
I tried this: "delete the Folder /ProgramData/siemens/automation/Simatic OAM/data (ProgramData is a hidden folder, you must enable the show hidden Folders option in Windows Explorer)

Open a cmd Shell with adminstrator rights (cmd -> Run as Administrator)

type s7epaIMP64x.exe in the Admin shell"

the answer was: not recognized as command in or out .exe!

After, I installed again Step 7, but it's the same issue.

You wrote that after you enter the command some message "not recognized as command in or out .exe!"
An from this message i want a screenshot.

you write a wrong comand ! in you boy i see "s7epalimp64x" but the comand is "s7epaimp64x"
