Hello hdhosseiny; The functions you describe can be found as part of the Modular PID package for Step 7: 2.1.23 ROC_LIM: Rate of Change Limiter Functional Description The block limits the rate of change of an output value. A step change becomes a ramp function. Two ramps (rising and falling values) in the positive and negative range can be selected for input variable and output variable. Control inputs set the following modes: • Default output variable • Tracking • Stepless automatic-manual switchover The value of the output variable can be limited by two selectable limits. If the rate of change limit rising or falling is reached or the high/low limit is reached, this is indicated at outputs.
