Hello SagarDPatel Besides what has been suggested by Ste39( Scaling in the PLC ) , you can also easily do the Scaling in the HMI Tag properties also. Just select the "Linear Scaling" option of the HMI Tag and you can set the scaling as per your requirement. ( Pl see attachment ) In S7-200 the Raw valie of Analog input for 0-100% of AI range is 0-32000 while in S7-300 / 400 it is 0-27648. You can scale accordingly. Hope this helps Cheers Navnag |

Hello, Please read the S7-200 System Manual From page 426 and further you can learn how to setup, connect the module. How the analog values are represented depends on the setup. Regards, Marcjan |
