Hi Dinesh KJ, When you install a certain PCS7 version, you cannot use any other service packs of the Simatic family unless it is released. Always check the compatibility with PCS7 not with Simatic Manager or WinCC or any other component. PCS7 is composed of several Simatic programs. PLCSIM is included with the PCS7 DVD's, so install it from the PCS7 DVD. Then you know it is released. Which version of PCS7 are you using? To use PLCSIM 5.4 SP4, you need at least PCS7 v7.1.
