ok, the diagnostic buffer show two messages: 1- error in the length of the writing zone. 2- STOP for a programmation error (OB not loaded or impossible or FRB missed).

Include OB121 in your program. It will avoid CPU entering into STOP mode. But it will not eliminate the error. You have to find where the problem is . Can you attach a screenshot ?? May be you hava a option openblock on diag buffer.

Just create and download OB80 to OB87 and OB121,OB122. The idea is to keep the CPU in RUN. Then will go in Diagnostic Buffer to read why the SF led on CPU is ON or blinking. Good Morning, When you use this OB80, OB87, OB121, OB122, it start automaticaly after a problem: connection error, kable problem ect. When it's get back to the normal program, than is the SF led on CPU on or blinking. Kind of regards, Teun van Roosmalen

There is no need to create components additionally in PLCSIM. But PLC SIM having its own limitations. You can simulate the inputs manually one by one on PLCSIM. I am attaching the link contains more information aboutPLC SIM. For real time simulation, There were many platforms like SIMIT, WINMOD etc., |

There is no more error or CPU is not getting into STOP mode ?? Please see diagnostic buffer. And post screenshot here.
