I´m having an issue with the ppp already installed. I have change the /etc/ppp/peers/provider and /etc/networking/interfaces files. When I execute the pon provider command, ppp0 network starts perfectly. But on boot, the ppp0 network starts fine, but when I try to ping google.com I have problems. If I execute poff provider and pon provider, everything start correctly again. Where do you think I should look for? Is there anything starting also on boot that affects the connection? Thank you in advance! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello, pppd comes preinstalled in the example image, but our built-in network manager is actually using ofono for cellular connection. Since you have already configured pppd though, it might make sense to just run the pon command in a startup script at boot? You can check out this guide on how to create such a startup script. Best regards! |
