hello mzarean; So you have in your possession the gsd file for these drives. This gsd file has to be inserted in the HWConfig editor, so the drives can be placed in the Profibus configurator of the PLC program. Toinsert the gsd file, open the HWConfig editor, and closeall project files inside. Then use the Tools/Install_gsd_file menu item, and locate the directory where you have saved this gsd file. Open your project again in HWConfig, and you will find the drives in the Profibus Catalog, ready to be inserted in the Profibus network and configured. For details on how the drives need to be configured, search for the Schneider user manual for this model drive, and theirProfibus-DP communication manual. I've taken 4 screenshot from HW config to distinguish the problem from experts. Considering I have no problem with Diris-A40(Socomec Power meter) as it shown in screenshots problematic and the problem is Schneider drive(Ex-ELIN) MX-eco 132KW and MX-eco 45KW. Hello mzarean; From your last screen (the online view) ypou have direct access to the diagnostic buffer of the CPU and the faulty drives (any icon with a fault red symbol). Simply double-click on the element that shows this symbol and see what the CPU and the drives are complaining about. If you have trouble understanding the messages, please "Save (as Text)" the contents of the diagnostic buffers and attach them to the thread so we can read and decypher them. Now, onxce you have found the cause of the SF/BF problem and corrected it: you have selected PPO5 as a telegram format for drive 10; this gives you 2 blocks of communication, first 4 words to read/write the drive parameters (the PKW area), and then 10 words fo control the drive and tranfer data (such as current, speed, frequency... the PZD area)to the PLC. These blocks are shown in the drive number 10configuration, as addresses 256-263 (PKW) and 264-283 (PZD). These blocks and their functionsare described in detail in the Profibus operating manual for your drive: http://download.hajtas.hu/MX_eco_pro/MX_eco/pDRIVE_MX_eco_Profibus_kezelesi_utasitas_EN.pdf The first word of the PZD area (address PQW 264 of your configuration) is the control word, where you write a combination of bits to start, stop, The value of each bit is discusse dfrom page 20. Note that you cannot send a bit over Profibus-DP, you must write the whole word as a unit. The second word (address PQW 266 in the S7 program) is the speed reference word, with 0-100% values in hex 0-4000. Thus is described on page 26. Reading the input addresses corresponding to the control word and the main reference word (PIQ 164 and PIW 266) will give your PLC the corresponding status of each. Start with a little proigram controlling only these 2 addresses they are enough to start and vary the speed of your motor. I have not found sample pograms for a S7 controlling this type of drive, but the Profibus interface seems to follow Profidrive standards, so it should be possible to control the drives with standard S7 functions.
