problem with a .Net control

Good day,

I've created a .Net User Control in c# and tested it with a WinForm application. Everything works fine.Using the control in the WinCC V7.0 SP1 environment I am having problems with Events. TheObject eventjust shows one parameter (Item) all other parameter are not shown.

c# delegation

public delegate void FireEvent(string message);

public event FireEvent OnFireEvent;

vbs action

Sub OnFireEvent(ByVal Item)

end sub

Trying the same with an AxtiveX in c++ works fine. All parameter were shown on the Event handler.
Any ideas ?
