Hello! - Did you set your tags for archiving to: "Long term archiving"? - Did you start Process Historian first before setting the OS server(s) in runtime? |

Hello everybody.I have same problem.I work with PH2014 and WinCC 7.3.On the server PH i see the 3 client, but i don't see STORED VALUE and STORED MESSAGE.But on tabs LICENSING i see my client projects and see the count of tags 88 and 7.Why i don't see tags and message? Can you help me?Thanks!

I have same problem, i see Client on the Process Historian Management, but i don't see values and messages. Did you decide this problem? And if you decided can you help me do also?Thank you! P.S. Here's the same!! I've just finished reinstalling everything (I reinstalled the Windows and the PH) and followed every step in the installation manual. Useless! |

I would like to share my solution here too. my PH database is fresh installation following the manual PH Installation and Commissioning. After setup, no tag are stored in the PH, the tag and message number remained no changes. I checked CCAPH, user right, service, event log, download OS again, delete SFC Cache, all of them doesnt help with the problem. Lastly, my resolution procedure is as below: 1. shutdown the runtime for both OS Servers. Wait till both OS Servers deactivate completely. 2. delete all the sql data in the folder of tag logging fast, tag logging slow and alarm logging in the local folder archive manager folder. 3. delete the PH ready cache at C:/Programdata/Siemens/SFCache/xxxxxxxx in both os servers. 4. restart OS Server A , and wait till the runtime is up. (The SFC Cache will be regenerate because the PH configuration file is still active in the local folder) 5. in the mind of starting runtime A, restart OS Server B, wait till the synchronization of A and B "complete". 6. It is a must to wait till the synchronization of OS Server A and OS Server B "Successful", because during sync, it will not send any tags to process historian. Only when the sync is completed. 7. Then, my PH issue resolved. Hope it helps. |
