Hello EJS; The message in your screenshot states: "This account needs to be re-initialized by the ADMIN" (it states ADMON, but I feel that might be a mistake). So even though I have no experience with that specific Siemens module, I believe you have issues with password level privileges. Ask the ADMIN user of this module (the programmer who set up passwords and accesses) to reload you as member of one group of users (operatior, for example).
