Hello nihni; What diagnostic DBs do you have in your CPU at this time? The following FAQs may help you out in this project: Which organization blocks do you need for error handling in STEP 7 V5.5? https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/view/11499205 Which organization blocks do you have to load into the CPU to ensure that the CPU does not go into the "STOP" status when a remote I/O fails? https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/view/19350076 The error OBs are available in Step 7 v5.x (Simatic Manager) and Step 7 v1x (TiA Portal). I suggest you add them to your CPU program, especially if the diagnostic buffer points to the fact that specific OBs are needed but not found on the CPU; you shpuld see a Help on Event button in the diagnostic buffer screen that should give you details.. The diagnostic OBs do not require any programming inside them, their program interface is sufficient for the CPU to gather information on the diagnostic event, and to prevent the CPU for going to STOP, which could be your problem here. Hope this helps Daniel Chartier |
