Profisafe with 425-2 Basics

Dear all,

this is my first time that I meet the Profisafe structure and I must admit that I am pretty puzzled. The thing seems simple but everythime I look at it I find something that is not clear and I need help here of course.

What I have :

1 D425-2, V4.4 Scout TIA

1 CPU F IM155 6PN  Family (don' tremember the exact code, but it's a F cpu for sure)

Some other devices in profinet which I don't mention (inverters, HMI, etc etc)

5 S120 with 7042 servomotor.

All the signals of guards, emergnecy buttons , etc are connected to the FCPU.

What I need:

I need to "send" over the profinet, via Profisafe an "enable" (STO) signal to my drives.

I also need to send via profinet other informations (basically bit variables).

About the STO command I alsy say that 2 motors have brake, but I don't need strange things like SLS, SBR, etc etc etc. Just one command (STO) that when the FCPU detects a problem , my motors stop.

What I did:

Until now I have searched in internet for various applications, but most of them are made using step 7 classic and not TIA environment. I have configured the F-Proxy. the I-Device and some things under scout environment (look at attached files). Note that in the attached files one of the drive has address 0017H and there isn't any 0017H configured in the hardwar econfiguration, I know it's an error, I will correct it.

My questions:

1) I did everything correct ?

2) Every drive has a separate profisafe telegram so, under FCPU I have to "activate" 5 bits , one for each drive ?

3) Look at the telegramm: it says that the 42..47 is the profisafe peripheral of the first drive. This means thatt in my FCPU, to activate that drive, I have to set 42.0 to TRUE and nothing else  ? What are the three words of this telegram ? What is contained at 280...285  and 144..149 ?

4) In the I-Device, what is I4000 and Q4000 ? They are two addresses where I can freely exchange data from my Simotion to my FCPU ? (this would be frigging superb)

I am writing the safety program, etc etc and it is really hard. Or , well, too much hard for a simple STO command that should be given to drives and routed by simotion.

I hope that someone that is expert with this will enlight me if I am doing things correctly.

I am also curious about the I-Device, it is very promising.

Also I have a basic question that focuses con the profisafe : normally, with electromechanic relay, we have an instantaneous output and a delayed output. Simotion program uses the instant out to stop every axes, before the delayed comes that definetly disables everything.

With the Profisafe you "simply" send the STO signal , which is more or less the old Delayed output. But how can my simotion detects the emergency BEFORE the sto , so I can stop my motors in a synchronized way ?
