Read variables though EM277

When I configure to read and write 2 bytes I can read this two variable. I need to read 10words but when I configure to read and write 16word out/16word in I can´t read all variables from s7-200. I have VW0to VW18 how are they arrange in the 16 wordin/ 16 word out, or how is the best way to read this 10 words. Thanks.
