Dear SriSurya, No troubles at all! Good that you use the COMOS forum, where users/admins helps others. If I where you, I would: ############> first of all try to found out why the report does not open. First idea would be to see if an error message gets displayed, if so, which one, what does it tells us... You can run in the background the DebugViewer from Microsoft, to see the outputs of COMOS, to find what went wrong. Could it be that the reports gets open but it is write protected so that you cannot edit it? Anyway: if you have the impression that COMOS is not working right, you could open a ticket at Siemens. With it, you should add all the necessary information and files to see and rebuild the issue there. Do not forget to confirm the affected version of COMOS. ############> How to find the path to the report file, is easy and fast, please see my screenshot. All the best, SuperPippo |
