Thanks Daniel for your answer I already read this manual and I want to be sure of my doubts about the process image step on the standard I/O is it not relevant at safety I/O? or not? that's why I asked about an application example of redundant safety I/O. Also I didn't find software solution to monitor the second module signal to be sure from its functionality and be sure from the redundancy all the time. I hope to find a solution, Mohamed |

Moghamed; It was not easy to find application examples for safety F-IO i PCS 7, not because there are few of them, but because the demos available in Product Support are often very heavy and complex. Start by looking on page 12 of the following Powerpoint application (in pdf).there are 2 application notes downloadable for F-DI/DO and F-AI that could provide answers to the questions you have. PCS 7 application examples.overview These Safety application notes can be found as part of this PCS 7 examples site, whichincludes also sample files for burner and boiler applications.
