I have a grinding machine with 3 conveyors controlled by servo motor 1FT5064-0AG71-1-z i want to replace it with induction motor,the conveyors are always in sync. Plz guide me.

Hello,
the best way to design your motor is using the tool SIZER, the motor configuration tool. Here you can choose the motor type and dimension it according to your load cycle. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/54992004/sizer-for-siemens-drives?dti=0&lc=en-WW
As your application are conveyors, I would recommend to use a 1LE1 or 1LA motor, a General Purpose asynchronous motor. They are a quite cost-effective solution. For dimensioning them use the SIZER tool to check that the motor can handle your load requirements. If you take into account to replace your converter as well, you can use a G120. But it is also possible to run the motors above with Simodrive. (For dimensioning your motor with SIZER you need to select a converter. The old Simodrive converters are not provided by SIZER. So in case you want to use Simodrive, please select a S120 ALM, as both work with constant 600V dc-link voltage. G120 has only rectifier bridges and produces 540V depending on the supply voltage.)
